Biological Digester

BIO DIGEST is an agent for activating the composting process needed to degrade the farm residues. It is comprised of microbial enzymes, cellulose-digesting microbes, and nutrient supplements. It can be used for the preparation of compost from a variety of agricultural waste.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1 Kg of BIO DIGEST is mixed with 10 L of 10% jaggery and kept overnight for the regeneration and multiplication of the microbial cultures present in BIO DIGEST. After 24 hours of incubation, add enough water to make up 100 L and spray this solution over 5 mt of farm waste.

STEP WISE USAGE OF BIO DIGEST

  • Step1 Make a heap of organic waste at 3 feet height and 3 feet breadth and convenient length depending upon the availability of the material.
  • Step2 Spray the above prepared mixture solution uniformly.
  • Step3 Organic heap should be moistured and mixed well once in a week or 15 days. The moisture in the heap should be maintained throughout the composting process.
